Here is a bit of a progression for the ReVulture Revolution Hinovations Mural. Time was limited, so I was only able to capture a few pictures of the process.

Here is the culmination of the ReVulture Revolution with Hinovations Art Gallery Murals. These are three, approximately 5 x 5 ft, cardboard murals created with pieces of assorted recycled cardboard and tempera paint. The objective was to design these pieces using recycled materials, mirroring the way Vultures clean and recycle our environment. The community actively participated in the effort by painting the cardboard pieces, which we then assembled. The Hinovations team, Raquel Hinojosa and Lupe Hernandez, worked their feathers off (lol) for nearly six hours and brought it all together. We are getting ready for ReFest at Quinta Mazatlan World Birding Center. Lupe Hernandez and I, Raquel Hinojosa drew three cardboard murals of Turkey Vultures and Mushrooms. Come on over and visit with us on Saturday, November 15 from 1pm to 6pm and find us way in the back canopy of Quintas beautiful grounds. Visitors are invited to paint cardboard pieces that will be added to the murals and in this manner we are all Recyclers and helping sustain our environment and enriching the Arts.
