Nolana Ave, McAllen, TX) Visit us Wednesday - Saturday from 10AM-5PM or Sundays 1-5PM Following its international debut in Azerbaijan, Diego Rivera: The Promise of a Better Future arrives at the International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) in McAllen, Texas, as the first stop on its tour of the United States, a country Diego Rivera knew intimately and where he created some of his most iconic mural projects. Organized by the Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum in collaboration with IMAS, the exhibition explores the artist’s thinking through muralism, architecture, education, collecting, and his commitment to social transformation, revealing the enduring relevance of a legacy that continues to inspire new generations. Collection of Banco de México Fiduciario in the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums Trust.
