Catapults & Paint is a hands-on youth workshop where art meets physics. Participants ages 10–15 will design and test catapults, launch paint to create bold abstract artwork to take home, and collaborate on a group piece for the IMAS Ann Moore Art Studio.

We’ve added an additional Gingerbread House Workshop time this Friday, December 19.
Celebrate the holidays at IMAS by building and decorating your own gingerbread house and the mess stays here. Participants take their sweet creation home at the end of the workshop.

UTRGV faculty pianist Dr. Brendan Kinsella and guest artist Dr. Daniel Saenz perform a soulful afternoon of music for violoncello and piano. From Janáček’s dreamy and imaginative “Fairy Tale” to Rachmaninoff’s thrilling Sonata for Violoncello and Piano, this recital is sure to delight and inspire.
