Q4 IS HERE — LET’S FINISH 2026 STRONG! Today is October 1st, that means we've now entered the final quarter, but there is still time to make meaningful progress. The next 91 days can make a difference in your health, relationships, personal growth, purpose, and goals. Don’t write off the rest of the year because everything may not have gone according to plan. Use Q4 to refocus, reset, and move forward with intention. Ask yourself: What would make you proud to look back on December 31 and say, “I finished strong”? Maybe it’s: . Improving your health. . Moving your body consistently. . Eating better. . Reconnecting with the people you love. . Finally starting that goal you’ve been postponing. . Or simply becoming more intentional about how you use your time. Whatever it is. You don’t have to accomplish everything at once. Choose what matters. Start where you are. Be consistent. Make these remaining days count. At Cooper Wellness Center, we’re committed to helping you pursue better health and greater wholeness—one sustainable decision at a time. Reach out or visit us at www.cooperwellnesscenter.com and let us help you achieve your year-end goals of Better Health, More Impact, Personal Growth, and Connecting with those You Love. #2026 isn’t over. So let's Finish the year…

…Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums Trust. The Anahuacalli. A legacy for the future Fascinated by pre-Columbian civilizations, Rivera amassed a collection of over 50,000 pieces of Mesoamerican art. This admiration gave rise to his utopian vision: the City of the Arts. There, Diego would house his pre-Hispanic collection and bring together the indigenous past with the future of Mexican art. Before construction began in 1942, Diego Rivera envisioned the Anahuacalli as a space that would integrate all artistic disciplines: a creative laboratory that respected the environment and stood as a center for artistic and cultural exchange. Rivera conceived art as a living force close to the people, present in their traditions and in their daily life. Although he died before seeing his dream realized, his daughter —the architect Ruth Rivera— and his friend, the artist and also architect Juan O’Gorman, finished the work. Diego Rivera's creative and visionary universe is condensed in the Anahuacalli. Plans, sketches, photographs, and archaeological pieces notn only reveal the museum's origins—born from volcanic stone—but also the philosophy behind its conception. Thus, in the Anahuacalli, architecture takes on a symbolic and ceremonial dimension. It is a living work that continues to transmit Rivera's ideal: to preserve the past to inspire the art of new generations. #exploreIMAS #IMASartist
