Today we celebrate 17 YEARS of doing business in the Rio Grande Valley. Wow, what a ride it has been, and how time truly flies.
Larry & I moved from Austin, TX to McAllen in 2008, to open up house wine & bistro, and we have made the Rio Grande Valley our home ever since.
In our 17 years of doing business in McAllen, we have served hundreds of thousands of diners, helped you celebrate birthdays, wedding proposals, anniversaries, girls night out, just dining on any given Tuesday, and helped curate moments that matter at your table. We have trained and mentored thousands of team members to deliver excellent service and execute incredible food. We have had highs and lows, great times and tough times, but in the end, we have had the privilege of serving YOU.
We want to thank our amazing team, present, past & future, for giving your all, to our amazing patrons. Your Dedication & Confidence, in Delgado Collective, has continued to make house wine & bistro a McAllen staple. Each one of you has made a lasting imprint in our story and we look forward to many more chapters with our incredible team.
