This pop-up at Café Ngon meant so much to me. 🥹 I got to interview my friend Connie, share our treats with you, and have a full-circle banana moment: I love her banana coffee, and she loves my banana pudding. 🍌☕️ After 14 years of Snow Bite, watching her pour her heart into Café Ngon makes me so proud. She puts so much intention into everything she does, and I’m lucky to call her my friend. Thank you to everyone who came out and shared the day with us. Connie, I’m cheering you on always. 💛

Wednesday is content creation day, but this week we got to go on a FIELD TRIP! 🚌💛 My friend Angelica picked us up in her little yellow school bus, brought along our friend Freddsters, and took us around to visit some of my favorite local women-owned businesses: Shop 112, Love Letter Coffee RGV, and Con Ganas Mija! We had the BEST time riding around, being silly, supporting local, and even going live on TikTok for a bit. 😂 A special shoutout to Karen from Shop 112 and Caroline from Leche Azul Candles for making cameos and making our day even more special! Best time. Best day ever. Highly recommend taking a field trip with your friends! Angelica, thank you so much 😜 you truly made my day. 💛
