PART 2: From a tiny garage to our roastery ☕️ Before Reserva had 5 cafés, there was a little garage, a small roaster, and A LOT of trial and error. 😂 We spent about a year and a half learning, roasting, tasting, tweaking, and figuring out what the heck we were doing. Eventually, that little side project became something much bigger than we imagined. In 2023, we opened our roastery — giving Reserva a home where we could roast, create, train our team, and keep doing what we’ve always wanted to do: spread locally roasted artisan coffee throughout the RGV. It’s wild looking back at where we started… because honestly, we had no idea what this would become. 🥹 And we’re still just getting started. 🤎 Part 2 of Michelle’s story — the Reserva roastery edition.

Today we had the pleasure of hosting UTRGV’s Food & Beverage Appreciation class, sharing some of our hard-earned coffee knowledge—from understanding coffee preferences to learning how to best present coffee beverages to different customer markets.
