We are excited to hold the space with ReMade in the RGV, in partnership with Voces Unidads and Creative ReUseArte, in their call to community to come together to celebrate the works of five featured artists and the upcycled outfits remade in a sustainable fashion show!

This social mending event welcomes participants to learn about the global fashion industry, upcycling techniques, what artists and scholars are saying, and how this is expressed and related to our geographical context.

Guest may expect:

--A Sustainable Fashion show featuring works by community artists: Regina Montemayor, Samuel Ruiz, Eva Ryan, Natalia Saldana, vivi torres, Sunny Saxton, and Alicia Garza
--Reuse vendors and community organizations
--Local food service by Malaquite
