Learn all about iNaturalist, one of the most popular wildlife identification tools and a fantastic resource for learning more about the plants and animals around you, during this 2-hour workshop at Quinta Mazatlan. Participants will learn all the basics of iNaturalist, from how to add their own observations to using it to explore and learn more about the biodiversity of the RGV. Participants will also be introduced to the City Nature Challenge, the world's largest bioblitz, and get ideas on where (via the Quinta Mazatlan nature-sites map) and how to participate in that event! Program is included with park admission fees ($3 adults, $2 children & seniors. We encourage participants to download the iNaturalist app before the program.
