Beatien Yazz (Little No Shirt) was a lifelong Native American painter and illustrator, known equally for his illustrations for children's books, as his paintings. His artwork of colorful Navajo scenes with minimal details are often set against a solid, often neutral hue that brings out its subjects in full detail. This painting is currently on display and available for purchase at Nuevo Santander Gallery.
