🚨 Collaboration Alert!🚨 Bodega x R&R Bake House 8. 24. 24 Joshua & Anabel (@bread.zaddy & @bell_qr) were 2 of Bodega’s first employees. Both have gone on to work and some amazing places across the country and are currently based in Austin. R&R Bake house is their current venture where sourdough breads and laminate doughs reign supreme. Anabel’s mother has recent had surgery and we are pairing with them to help raise funds for her recovery. They will be taking pre orders on pastry boxes all week, for pick up at Bodega on Saturday 8/24 12p - 2p. Additionally we will be buying some of her goodies to use in our kitchen for brunch! Hailing from one of the oldest operating wineries from the Parras region of Mexico, he’ll be here to talk all things wine! *$25 per person, and include sampling of 6 wines from their line, and some light snacks as well! 956-627-0482 *Reservations recommended as limited space is available* . . . . . . Andrés Guajardo was born in Monterrey in 1982. He studied Engineering in Food Industries at TEC, has a specialty in Maketing from Kellogg and in Innovation by Standford. He began his career in the cold meat industry, where at a very young age, 25 years old, he managed to sell the business to the largest company in the sector. He made a 15-year corporate career at Sigma Alimentos, where he held different positions such as: Head of Production, Head of Quality, Head of Development, Plant Manager, Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager, Direct Operations and Director of business unit. In 2019, Rivero Gonzalez is integrated, as Commercial Director where he achieves great great results and in 2020, just at the beginning of the pandemic, he is granted the position of Director General of Mexico. In addition, Andres actively participates in the Coahuila Wines Council. In addition, Parras, Coahuila is home to the oldest wine growing area in Mexico dating back to the 1500s when Casa Madero was founded and has continued to produce high quality wines such as the wines we will be tasting this evening from Scielo Winery and RGNY
