"Flamingoessence" 36" x 24", acrylic on canvas by Lisa Denise Saenz With "Flamingoessence", McAllen based artist Lisa Saenz gives us an explosion of color and pattern within the flamingo form. Painted in 2009, Lisa states this was the first painting done in what is her now signature visual style. Teasing out the multitude of shapes, colors, and patterns she incorporates is what makes "Flamingoessence" such a joy to perceive.
