Amapola Creek 4-Course Wine Dinner
April 26th at 7:00 pm
$125 pp
(Tax and gratuity not included)
Richard Arrowood and his wife Alis started Amapola Creek in 2005 along the sun-washed western slope of the Mayacamas Mountains where their red, iron-oxide soils have been yielding superb wines for well over a century. So it only makes sense that Richard Arrowood, an iconic winemaster who has been making wine exclusively in Sonoma County for more than for 50+ years, would continue that tradition with his Amapola Creek. You may not know that from 1974 through 1990, he's the wine master who created the wines for Chateau St. Jean, where he developed some of the first vineyard-designate Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Sonoma County. If that doesn't make you a little thirsty for Amapola Creek, we're left with no other choice but to urge you to join us for yet another incredible wine pairing accompanied by Chef Jorge's culinary talents.
To commemorate this auspicious occasion, each guest will receive a complimentary Santa Fe Steakhouse 30th Anniversary Wine Glass!
We will be offering a limited allocation should you want to take this taste to the next level . . . like take a bottle or two home?
Join us for a night of delicious adventures with like minded wine enthusiasts. As we say here at the Santa Fe, there's always room for unforgettable wine, food and friends.
Cheers,
The Santa Fe Steakhouse
