Mario Fierro, MPA, serves as Program Coordinator with the UTRGV Agroecology Program, where he leads community-based education on sustainable farming and conservation practices across Hidalgo and Cameron counties. His work centers on empowering local growers and families through accessible conservation strategies, including rainwater harvesting and soil health.
