✨New Instructor Highlight✨Elise began her yoga journey in 2018 as a university elective and what started as a class quickly became something much deeper. She fell in love with the philosophy, meditation, and the physical practice, and yoga has been a steady anchor in her life ever since.
Through her practice, she’s cultivated a deeper connection to her mind, body, and soul and now she’s passionate about creating that same space for others.
Elise has learned from incredible teachers in Austin, San Antonio, the RGV, and Mexico, bringing a well-rounded and grounded perspective to her classes.
Her goal is simple and beautiful: to impact students of all levels, backgrounds, and abilities; and to build a community united through shared experience.
We’re so excited to welcome her to the Yoga House family 🤍
