Good morning y’all! 🌞 The Farmers Market is now open and we’ve got something exciting going on today! We are distributing official Stamp Out Hunger 2024 bags today on behalf of the Food Bank RGV! 😊 Stamp Out Hunger is the nations largest food drive, held every year on the second Saturday of May. To participate, all you have to do is leave a bag filled with non-perishables next to your mailbox next Saturday, May 11, and a mail carrier will come by and pick up your donations to deliver them to the Food Bank RGV to help them fight hunger in our community! 📫🥫 You can stop by and pick up an official Stamp Out Hunger bag at the Market information table until 12:30 pm! Mothers' Day is just a couple of weeks away! If you want unique gifts for that special lady in your life, come by the McAllen Farmers Market on May 11. Local artists and home crafters will be at here selling their unique crafts. Get your fresh local vegetables, fruits, eggs, meats, local honey, hand crafted ice cream, breads, and more! All vendor spots are filled! Please do not respond to anyone stating that there are openings and to send a message.
