Young Adventurers join us at IMAS through drop-in sessions from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. IMAS Educators will engage and introduce STEAM concepts as well as problem solving and motor skills that engage young learners and encourage critical thinking and observation skills. Together, guardians and young adventurers are encouraged to think more closely about their surroundings in nature and the importance of instilling simple STEAM concepts through play at an early age. For ages 3-6 with accompanying adult. Program is supported by a grant from PNC Bank Block-A-Thon: Stack, Sort, & Build together with shapes and color. Work together with fellow Young Adventurers as we explore simple engineering and problem-solving skills as they build with Tangrams, Blue Blocks, Large Magnet Tiles and more! This workshop includes story time, light snacks, and a take home magnet tile set.
